Wadi Araba Minerals Appoints MSA Mining Consultants UK Ltd as Technical Advisor for Abu Khusheiba Project

Wadi Araba Minerals LLC (WAM) is pleased to announce the appointment of MSA Mining Consulting UK Ltd (MSA-UK) as Independent Technical Advisor for its Abu Khusheiba Project in Jordan. The appointment is intended to ensure that exploration activities are planned, executed and reported in accordance with international best practice and the JORC Code (2012).
MSA-UK will provide independent technical oversight and guidance to support the integrity of exploration results and their potential inclusion in future Mineral Resource Estimates (MREs) and technical studies.
Scope of Work
Phase 1: Review of Historical Work and Exploration Strategy
Phase 1 will comprise a comprehensive technical review of all historical exploration completed at the Abu Khusheiba license by WAM and previous license holders. This will include:
• Review of historical geological, drilling, sampling and assay data
• Assessment of exploration methodologies and data quality
• Review of the existing Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) prepared for the Abu Khusheiba Project
• Identification of data gaps, risks and opportunities
• Provision of recommendations to support an optimized forward exploration programme
Completion of Phase 1 will define the scope, priorities and technical requirements for subsequent exploration activities.
Phase 2: Technical Support to Ongoing Exploration
MSA-UK will provide ongoing field-based technical support to WAM’s exploration programme at the Abu Khusheiba Project. The objective of Phase 2 is to ensure that exploration activities are conducted to a standard suitable for public reporting and future technical studies.
Technical support may include:
• Assistance with drillhole design and exploration planning
• Review and monitoring of drilling practices, including drilling techniques, core recovery, handling and storage
• Review and guidance on geological logging procedures
• Review of sampling protocols and QA/QC procedures to ensure data integrity
• Site visits to outcropping mineralization and discussion of geological observations and potential extensions
• Identification of any technical or operational constraints that may affect future exploration.
Competent Person and Reporting Standards
MSA-UK, part of the MSA Group, is an independent technical consultancy with extensive experience in exploration geology, mineral resource estimation and public reporting. MSA-UK adheres to the principles and professional standards underpinning JORC (2012), SAMREC and NI 43-101, and employs appropriately qualified professionals eligible to act as Competent Persons under these codes.
MSA-UK maintains ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management) and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety) certifications, supporting consistent delivery of technically robust and compliant work.
This appointment strengthens WAM’s technical governance framework and supports the Company’s objective of advancing the Abu Khusheiba Project through systematic, high-quality exploration and transparent public reporting.
